You send us your product(s) using your desired delivery service. Or if you prefer, you can drop the product(s) directly to us yourself. You can supply your own backgrounds if required.

An email will be sent to you with a low resolution set of images attached. We will not proceed with the order or request payment until you are happy for us to continue.

Images will be saved as TIFF's at 300dpi.
We can supply jpegs and PSD file types if requested.
Images will be shot in RAW format.

We will send you a set of high resolution digital images of your product(s) via CD/DVD or email. Depending on your requirements.

Return postal options may vary depending on the value and importance of the product(s). The client can request the desired delivery status on the return of their product(s)

The turnaround time will vary depending on the volume of shots required. We will aim to complete and return products(s) within 5 working days on receipt of product(s). We will contact the client (via telephone or email) once the product(s) has arrived with us.


We can provide a basic image editing service, this includes: Clearing dust, repairing scratches and adjusting brightness,contrast and colour.
