Terms and Conditions
Payment of photos
Images provided by us will be delivered once the payment has cleared. Our standard terms are 30 days, this can be paid via paypal.
Refund policy
Low resolution proof images are provided online to the customer before the order is processed and before final payment is requested. This is designed to ensure that the customer is happy with the photograph. Once the customer agrees with the proof and payment has been requested, we can not accept refunds.
How much does a proof shot cost?
The proof shots are free.
Insurance details
Whilst our clients products are at the studio there is a degree of insurance covered.
Whilst the products are in transit either to or from our studio, the products should be covered by the insurance provided by the courier. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the insurance is sufficient to cover the goods. We will accept no responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit.
Photography
Photography will commence following the clients written acceptance. If further changes are requested by the client after the proof shots have been accepted, then further charges will be incurred at an hourly rate.
Turnaround
The process will vary depending on the volume of shots required. We will aim to complete and return products(s) within 5 working days on receipt of product(s). We will contact the client (via telephone or email) once the product(s) has arrived with us.
Unpaid invoices
If payment is not made within 30 days, we reserve our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery. A fee of £10 will be charged for each account reminder (phone call, email, letter) necessary to recover an unpaid invoice.
Incorrect goods delivered/shortages
We reserve the right to extend the photo shoot until the shortage is made up or damaged items are replaced. We will endevour to complete as much of the shoot as we can with the products that we have received to date.
Delivery
Return postal options may vary depending on the value and importance of the product(s). The client can request the desired delivery status on the return of their product(s)
Advertising
AJ Photos Direct, can use the photos shot for clients for marketing and advertising purposes. Unless the client specifies otherwise.
Copyright
Once payment has cleared you will receive full copyright of the photos.
AJPhotos Direct reserve the right to use the product photography within our advertising literature. Your photographs will not be used by us in a commercial capacity.

The maximum file size for a web shot is 5mb at 300ppi, usage is for web use only.
