Product Photography
What file format are the images shot in?
Photos are shot in RAW format.
Images can be saved as Tiff's, Jpg's or PSD's.
How long will it take to photograph and return the product shots?
Turnaround
The process will vary depending on the volume of shots required. We will aim to complete and return products(s) within 5 working days on receipt of product(s). We will contact the client (via telephone or email) once the product(s) has arrived with us.
Do you only shoot on a white background?
Product shots are taken on a white background unless specified. If the client requires a different coloured background this must be requested before photography has begun.
Can you supply your own backgrounds?
Yes, the client can supply there own backgrounds if applicable.
How much does do proofs cost?
Proofs are FREE
Will you send us a proof before proceeding with the order?
Yes,we will send the client a low resolution sample of the product(s) photos via email and will not proceed with the order unless the client is satisfied. Changes can be made to the product(s) layout at this stage at no extra cost. A proof will be sent out to the client within 1-2 working days.
What happens if the client makes changes to the specification after the proof has been given the all clear?
If further changes are requested by the client after the proof shots have been accepted, then the client will be charged £10 at an hourly rate.
Difficult to explain the product setup you require?
If you have seen a picture you like from a catalogue or can provide us with a rough drawing please send that to us with the product. Or show us a link to a website to help us understand your requirements.
How will the client pay for the product shots?
The client will receive an email invoice with a link to paypal to pay securely online. The client does not need a paypal account to do this. Please go to payment details for more information.
What is the maximum file size for website photography?
Resolution 300dpi and file size 5mb
Do you provide an image editing service?
Yes, we can clear dust,repair scratches, adjust brightness and contrast.
Delivery
Return postal options may vary depending on the value and importance of the product(s). The client can request the desired delivery status on the return of their product(s)
Flower Photography
How do I order a canvas photo?
From the homepage, click on "Flower photo gallery" at the top of the page. Click on the photo subject you are interested in for example (Macro Flowers, Flowers in the wild,Mono or miscellaneous) this will take you to a larger selection of photos within the catagory chosen.Click on the photo you are interested in then click on "add to cart" and follow the paypal instructions.
How long for delivery of a canvas photo?
Expect your item to be delivered to you within 7-14 working days of purchase. Allow 7 working days for gifts to be delivered.
Do all canvas print prices include delivery charges?
Yes
